Our visit to the Bournemouth Cosy Club to celebrate the launch of the new spring–summer menu felt like the perfect start to the season. The restaurant has clearly leaned into a laid-back, sunshine-ready vibe, introducing an expanded Margarita Menu and a dedicated Martini section designed for those long, indulgent afternoons that have no fixed end point. The menu itself embraces a shift toward lighter plates and fresher flavours, with a noticeable focus on sourcing quality ingredients from local producers to create a truly seasonal experience.
